It’s already isntalled on ym mothers computer and I have to do a full system recovery on my own computer. Which would make me lose the antivirus program I have on my computer. I cant find my cd to reinstall after the full system recovery. So she said I could use hers. Would it work if I installed it on my comp since it is already on hers?

No ..cause you’ll need a product key to activate it and your mother has already used it ..Unless you mother has bought it to protect multiple PC’s
Why don’t you download Avast anti-virus ( its free and one of the best anti-virus programmes out there)

if you had spysweeper with a valid key on your computer, you could re-install it w/o cd by downloading the installer.
