Does webroot antivirus with antispyware have 3 pc thing where you can put it on three computers?

I have installed on two computers already and We just got another one. I checked the webroot website, bestbuy.com and none of them say. If i can have it on the two computers its already on I figured I can put it on one more but I want to make sure. I tryed to install it on the new computer but the disc drive didnt even know the disc was in there.

They offer a 1, 3, and 5 users license. So it sounds to me like you have at least a 3 users license. How many license you have would not be reason the computer did not see the disk.
