how do i turn on my Webroot Spy Sweeper anti virus?

i installed the spy sweeper but my computer has a bubble on the bottom right corner stating that it is off

Did you buy it or is it a trial version?

If you bought it and it states that it is off, then you may have an infiltration that is causing it to shut itself down. Some malware is known to function this way.

Download Malwarebytes Amti-Malware and run a quick scan. Delete anything it finds and restart. Hopefully this will fix the Webroot.

If it doesn’t, try uninstalling Webroot, restarting your PC and reinstalling Webroot.
