Important Note: In order to remove Spy Sweeper you will need to download an uninstall tool. To access the download, please go to the website provided below. When prompted, please save the download to your desktop.

http://download.webroot.com/SSCCleanup.exe

Shut down the currently installed version of Spy Sweeper/Webroot Antivirus with Antispyware by right-clicking the icon in the lower right-hand corner of your screen, then simply left-click on Shut Down option. You will only need to do this if you have Spy Sweeper/Webroot Antivirus with Anti-Spy Ware installed and it is running.

Once Spy Sweeper is shut down, double left-click on the SSCCleanup.exe that is on your desktop.

You will be prompted to accept the license agreement. After you have accepted the license agreement the cleanup process will start. The process is complete when the last line of the dialog window says “Removal procedures have been completed” and the Close button is highlighted.

Close the cleanup utility window and the SSCleanup.exe file will disappear from your desktop. At this point, please restart your PC.

Go to control panel then add/remove programs. Click webroot and cick uninstall, follow the instruction and there you go.

Here is the best free setup you can get.
Free ones are almost as good but you will need to be sure to get good products like Avira or Avast for Anti virus and malwarebytes/super antispyware for antispyware. Spybot is not so good anymore dont get it. Pretty much stay away from AVG and spybot. (remember only have 1 antivirus at a time)
You will also need a firewall i suggest comodo or Zonealarm.
Download one(ONLY IF YOU DON’T HAVE AN ANTIVIRUS!!!)

I think Perfect Uninstaller will help you easily uninstall it from your computer. You can first install it on your computer, find where webroot locates on your computer ( mostly in c drive), right click the directory and then select Force Uninstall to begin the removal. But it is necessary for you to back up the registry and boot the computer into safe mode for it combines so well with the operating system.Good luck!
