Is there a way to delete the viruses from my computer using Webroot Antivirus?

I have quite a colllection of viruses quarantined on Webroot Antivirus and I was wondering if you can permenently delete the viruses for good or is there something else I have to do in order to get rid of them?

Chosen Answer:

Delete them!
I run scans and delete all the really bad stuff like trojans and keyloggers immediately and leave the minor stuff in quarantine and make sure their not falsely accused of being malware? (whats called a false positive)
Sometimes antivirus will flag a good program as malware when it’s not and you may need to restore it and add it to your antiviruses exclusion list so it doesn’t get flagged the next scan?
