I just bought a new computer and I upgraded to Vista Ultimate which is 64-bit. I tried to install my usual Webroot spysweeper, but it said that it is not compatible with 64-bit operating systems. Computer came with Norton already installed, I would like to install webroot but ran into a problem when doing so and had to restore the computer to an earlier moment and remove webroot. I am trying to reinstall Webroot Antivirus on windows XP and I get an error 1638 “that another copy of the program is already installed”… I obviously uninstalled the other version before doing this.
