Webroot AntiVirus wont let me scan my computer?

The “Scan Now” Button is grey, so i cant click it, therefore, i cant scan my computer for viruses. Can someone help? Thanks.

Try free of malwarebytes’ antimalware. Finds malware that most scanners will not fine, and it is totally free. Stay Safe .

   I never use webroot, I think you can give the norton antivirus a try.

   I had the same problem until I registered.
   on Webroot, go to “My Account” and click “Manage my account” (From there you have to register your product and re-download the program). After you log in, you will be able to click scan.
