why cant i uninstall my webroot antivirus program?

I try to uninstall my webroot antivirus prorgam, but every time i go to control panel to uninstall it says “please close all instances of the program before uninstallin”, but nothing is open. I dont understand.

    First make it disable and after that uninstall….
    if you cant make it disable… open ur pc in safe mode and uninstal what u want

    if you cant uninstall from your control panel you can use iobit uninstaller it works great

    You need to close down all the component about this program at first. And then go to “Control Panel” to remove it. If you thint it is too tidious, it is better to use other tool from here: http://www.uninstallhelper.com
